You have brains in your head and feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself in any direction you choose. You are the guy who will decide where to go. – Dr. Seuss

Beliefs are an internal representation of the world we live in. We are what we believe our self to be.

Even a single thought generates combinations of biochemical reactions, which in turn ignites and stimulates various receptors, and this in turn brings transformation of health and wellbeing. Beliefs and thoughts lead to chemical changes in the body, which leads to actions based out of release of those chemicals, which in turn leads to continuous actions, to behavior, to outcomes and ultimately to our destiny. So, none other than us creates our destiny. We create it a thought at a time, a belief at a time and a choice at a time.

The science of epigenetic, which literally means, control above genetics, profoundly, changes our understanding of how life is controlled. Research show genes are not our destiny. Environmental influence including nutrition, stress and emotions, can modify those genes without changing their basic blueprint. And these modifications can also be passed on to future generations.

To be healthy first you may need to consider, if you are being healthy or not? This signifies our beliefs, thoughts and words determining our destiny. For thousands of years, healers have recognized not only that the mind affects the body, as in psychosomatic medicine, but how every organ system of the body equally has a psychic representation in the fabric of the mind. Recent revolutionary developments in neuroscience and psycho-neuro-immunology have established solid evidence of the intricate two-way communication between mind and body. In identifying complex neuro-peptide messengers, researches like Candace Pert have discovered many pathways by which mind and body mutually communicate. This leading-edge research echoes what ancient wisdom has always known: that each organ of the body, including the brain, speaks their own thoughts, feelings, and promptings, as well listens to those of all the others. Beyond the mechanistic, reductionist view of life, there exists a sensing, feeling, knowing, living organism. This living body, a condition we share when we become aware, informs us of our innate capacity to heal from the effects of stress and ill-health.

We need to learn to harness and transform the body’s awesome, primordial, and intelligent energies to seal our wounds and heal our body and mind. In overcoming the destructive force of stress and ill-health, our innate potential now lifts us to new heights of mastery and knowledge.

Whatever increases, decreases, limits or extends the body’s power of action, increases decreases, limit, or extends the mind’s power of action. And whatever increases, decreases, limits, or extends the mind’s power of action, also increases, decreases, limits, or extends the body’s power of action. Because, body and mind constantly, consciously correspond and communicate.
